ABSTRACT
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical experience and characteristics of treating phlegm syndrome with Erchen Decoction （二陈汤） by ZHU Zhenheng， a famous doctor in Jin-Yuan Dynasty， and provide ideas for treating various diseases from phlegm in clinical practice. MethodsThis study comprehensively collected the medical cases and discussions of Erchen Decoction in treating phlegm syndrome in ZHU Zhenheng's six types of medical works. With the help of qualitative grounded theory method， pathogenesis and treatment were coded by Nvivo 11， and finally the pathogenesis and treatment system of ZHU Zhenheng using Erchen Decoction in the treatment of phlegm syndrome was constructed. ResultsA total of 48 medical case reports of ZHU Zhenheng using Erchen Decoction to treat phlegm were collected， having 52 discussions about Erchen Decoction， and involving 38 miscellaneous internal diseases such as vomiting， fullness， and stroke， six gynecological diseases， four pediatric diseases and four surgical diseases. According to the pathogenesis， ZHU Zhenheng mainly used Erchen Decoction in modifications to treat the tangible phlegm such as damp phlegm （28）， cold phlegm （17）， hot phlegm （17）， wind phlegm （15）， food phlegm （13）， phlegm stasis （7）， and phlegm-rheum （3）， as well as invisible phlegm such as latent phlegm mainly composed of qi phlegm （27）， and deficiency phlegm （15）. Seven methods are suggested to treat corresponding syndromes based on the different pathogenesis， which are fortifying the spleen and reinforcing healthy qi （28）， warming the center and dissipating cold （15）， nourishing blood and supplementing yin （10）， rectifying qi and relieving constraint （34）， raising the clear and directing the turbid downward （11）， dispelling wind and eliminating dampness （39）， and discharging heat and moving stagnation （17）. ConclusionZHU Zhenheng widely uses Erchen Decoction dissolving phlegm， draining phlegm and dispelling phlegm methods to treat internal， surgical， gynecological and pediatric diseases caused by tangible phlegm such as damp phlegm， qi phlegm， cold phlegm， hot phlegm， wind phlegm， deficiency phlegm and invisible phlegm.

Objective:To discuss the medication law in prescriptions of Professor Shao Nianfang in the treatment of kidney deficiency and bone marrow loss in senile dementia based on data mining.Methods:Medical cases of kidney deficiency and bone marrow loss in senile dementia in the Geriatric Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 1st Jan. 2014 to 31st Oct, 2019 were collected. Through hospital electronic medical records system prescription statistics, using ancient and modern medical case cloud platform (V1.2.4), medication frequency, property ans taste, efficacy analysis, correlation rule analysis, clustering analysis and complex network analysis were performed.Results:Totally 110 cases were included in medical cases, involving 238 kinds of Chinese materia medica. The top 10 Chinese materia medica with use frequency were Poria, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, Corni Fructus, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Rehmanniae Radix, Astragali Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma; the properties were mainly mild, warm slight cold, and cold; the tastes were mainly sweet, bitter, pungent, and light; the meridians were mainly spleen, liver, lung and kidney meridians; the efficacy was clearing dampness and promoting diuresis, clearing heat and promoting blood circulation, calming mind, clearing heat and detoxification, reducing dampness and promote appetizing, tonifying spleen; the association analysis found 15 groups of drug combinations used more than 25 times, they were: Corni Fructus and Poria, Corni Fructus and Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Corni Fructus, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and Corni Fructus, Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Poria, Astragali Radix and Poria, Alismatis Rhizoma and Poria, Moutan Cortex and Poria, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata and Poria, Rehmanniae Radix and Poria, Polygalae Radix and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, Moutan Cortex and Corni Fructus, Moutan Cortex and Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Alismatis Rhizoma and Corni Fructus, Alismatis Rhizoma and Dioscoreae Rhizoma; clustering analysis identified four groups of new prescriptions, the first group: Poria, Rehmanniae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Alismatis Rhizoma, Moutan Cortex, Corni Fructus, Dioscoreae Rhizoma; the second group: Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, Cistanches Herba, Morindae Officinalis Radix; the third group: Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle; the fourth group: Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix, Astragali Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix; the results of complex network analysis showed that the core prescription was modified Liuwei Dihuang Pills. Conclusion:This study found that in view of kidney deficiency and bone marrow loss in senile dementia, Professor Shao pays attention to strengthening the healthy qi, and focuses on tonifying deficiency, taking into account the methods of clearing dampness, clearing heat, detoxification, removing blood stasis and restoring consciousness. The four new prescriptions found in the study can provide a reference for modified medication for syndrome differentiation.

To explore the methods of the explicitation of implicit knowledge and the construction of knowledge graph on moxibustion in medical case records of ZHOU Mei-sheng's Jiusheng. The medical case records data of Jiusheng was collected, the frequency statistic was analyzed based on Python3.8.6, complex network analysis was performed using Gephi9.2 software, community analysis was performed by the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform V2.3.5, and analysis and verification of correlation graph and weight graph were proceed by Neo4j3.5.25 image database. The disease systems with frequency≥10 % were surgery, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology, locomotor, digestive and respiratory systems. The diseases under the disease system were mainly carbuncle, arthritis, lumbar disc herniation and headache. The commonly used moxibustion methods were fumigating moxibustion, blowing moxibustion, direct moxibustion and warming acupuncture. The core prescription of points obtained by complex network analysis included Yatong point, Zhiyang(GV 9), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Dazhui(GV 14), Zusanli(ST 36), Lingtai(GV 10), Xinshu(BL 15), Zhijian point and Hegu(LI 4), which were basically consistent with high-frequency points. A total of 6 communities were obtained by community analysis, corresponding to different diseases. Through the analysis of correlation graph, 13 pairs of strong association rule points were obtained. The correlation between Zhiyang(GV 9)-Dazhui(GV 14) and Yatong point-Lingtai(GV 10) was the strongest. The acupoints with high correlation with Yatong point were Zhiyang(GV 9), Lingtai(GV 10), Dazhui(GV 14), Zusanli(ST 36) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6). In the weight graph of the high-frequency disease system, the relationship of the first weight of the surgery system disease was fumigating moxibustion-carbuncle-Yatong point, and the relationship of the first weight of the ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology system disease was blowing moxibustion-laryngitis-Hegu (LI 4). The results of correlation graph and weight graph are consistent with the results of data mining, which can be used as an effective way to study the knowledge base of moxibustion diagnosis and treatment in the future.

Objective:The data mining method was used to analyze the medication rules of the ancient prescriptions for yin deficiency syndrome, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:We searched the database of ancient prescriptions, selected the prescriptions for yin deficiency syndrome, used the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform V2.2.3 to count the frequency and attribute of drug use, and carried out hierarchical cluster analysis to find the core prescription. MATLAB was used to analyze the association rules, and the law of drug compatibility was found. The Pajek64 5.13 was used for complex network analysis to find out the core traditional Chinese medicine.Results:There were 467 prescriptions that meet the requirements, 302 kinds of drugs were used in total. The four properties of the drugs were mainly cold, the five flavors mainly sweet, the meridian of the drugs mainly kidney meridian. The core drugs were Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Ophiopogonis Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, and Poria. The most commonly used drug pair was Dioscoreae Rhizoma- Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, the second was Corni Fructus- Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Poria-Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata. The commonly used drugs can be clustered into two categories. Conclusion:We can preliminarily reveal that the ancient medication law of yin deficiency syndrome is mainly nourishing Yin liquid and reducing fire, paying attention to nourishing kidney yin, using Yin nourishing medicine often combined with medicine of tonifying lung, liver, spleen yin and diverging to reduce fever. It can provide certain reference for clinical treatment of yin deficiency syndrome.

Objective: To explore the prescription medication rule of the first batch of Chinese medicine masters in treating acute stage of stroke by using the data mining method. Methods: The experience books and published journal articles of Chinese medicine masters and the shared medical records of national famous TCM studios in the cloud platform V1.5 of ancient and modern medical records were searched; The first batch of national physician master data for the treatment of acute phase of stroke was selected; A standardized basis database, standardization of medicines were established after using statistical analysis of system integration, association rules analysis, methods of complex networks; The formula frequency, medicinal, and core prescription drugs were analyzed. Results: A total of 142 medical cases were eventually included. The frequency results of traditional Chinese medicine showed that 14 kinds of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine were obtained, including Pheretima, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Persicae Semen, etc., and most of the drugs were warm, smooth, bitter, sweet, and return to liver and lung meristem. The results showed that the frequency of chordal pulse and tongue red was the most. A total of 24 association rules and 18 TCM association rules were obtained by association rule analysis. Conclusion: In the treatment of acute apoplexy, the Chinese medicine master usually adopted the methods of clearing heat and relieving wind, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, eliminating phlegm and resuscitative medicinal, moving qi, and dredging collaterals, and stopping convulsions.

[Objective] This article elaborated the clinical experience of Professor HAN Xu in the treatment of insomnia by using the theory of biased constitution. [Methods]For the sake of elaborating Professor HAN's experience in the treatment of insomnia, the author summed up the characteristics of old people's constitution and explained the relationship between the two from excess and deficiency syndrome. In order to better describe Professor HAN's experience in insomnia, the author enumerated 7 classic cases from several different aspects, like etiology and pathogenesis, therapy and prescriptions.[Results] Professor HAN believes that the characteristics of insomnia include the two aspects of deficiency and excess. The deficiency constitution should distinguish the deficiency between Qi and blood, Yin and Yang. The ways to treat the disease are invigorating Qi and nourishing blood, warming Yang and dispersing the cold, nourishing Yin and latenting Yang, striking the fire down. The Chinese medicinal formulae to treat the disease may use Decoction for invigorating the spleen, Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Tang, Fire diversion soup, Qianyang Fengsui Dan. The excess constitution should pay attention to phlegmatic hygrosis, stagnant blood, Qi-depression, fire -evil. The ways to treat the disease are soothing liver and invigorating spleen, descending and eliminating phlegm, stimulating circulation to end stasis. The ways include Peipi Shugan Tang, dissipating phlegm, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. To distinguish the actual situation of their specimens to take methods of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil, clinically has good effects. [Conclusion] Professor HAN makes the program of deficiency and excess and divides the biased constitution of the aged into six different types, like the deficiency of Qi and blood, Yang deficiency and Yin excess, hyperactivity of deficient fire, Liver Qi stagnation, phlegmatic hygrosis, blood stasis. The theory shows promising clinical outcome and is worth of a wide application.

[Objective ]Summarizing the old Chinese medicine Professor FU Weimin's experience in diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia. [ Methods ] Learning from Professor FU as well as collating his medical case of schizophrenia. [Results] Professor FU thinks that sputum fire blinded heart is the pathogenesis of schizophrenia, with the Qi stagnation and blood stasis as the main risk factors. Therefore, during the treatment, clear heat and resolve phlegm should be a fundamental, and with relieving the depressed liver, promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and purgation. He emphasizes the precise dialectical when talking about the disease stage. In aspect of the drug matching, Professor FU uses formulae to clear heat and resolve phlegm, regulate the Qi, treat the interior excess syndrome with purgation and open the orifices to solve the external and internal diseases. He prefers to protect the stomach and has already made a good therapeutic effect in clinical application. [Conclusion] Professor FU's experience in treating schizophrenia provides TCM ideas and methods for clinical practice, which is worthy of popularizing.

[Objective] Summarizing Professor FAN Yongsheng's experience in treating children's erythema multiforme.[Method] Collecting medical record from outpatient clinics, to analyze and summarize Professor FAN Yongsheng's understanding of children's erythema multiforme and experience of children's erythema multiforme syndrome differentiation and treatment. [Result] Professor FAN Yongsheng considers the disease is caused by children's spleen qi deficiency and suffering external-contraction at the same time. The characteristics of pathogenesis are "deficiency" "heat" and "static blood" by generalizing. According to the degree of suffering pathogenic qi, the disease can be divided into three stages including spathogenic qi, s incursion in exterior, exuberant blood heat and damage to qi-yin. The treatment can respectively base on dispersing exterior pathogenic qi and cleaning interior heat, or base on cooling blood and eliminating toxins, dispersing blood stasis and removing ecchymosis, or base on reinforcing spleen and stomach, clearing qi aspect and nourishing yin. Professor FAN through the pediatric physiological characteristics and erythema multiforme disease associated with the combination of the idea of treating patients, has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.[Conclusion] Professor FAN Yongsheng's treatment experience of children's erythema multiforme has satisfactory clinical efficacy and is worth to use for reference and promotion.

[Objective]We summarize the Professor DONG Youqi's clinical experience in treating infantile virus enteritis in the medium term(the syndrome of Relian Shangyin) with Shengqing Yunpi method.[Method]The paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile virus enteritis in the medium term and describes the criteria of Shengqing Yunpi method in clinical application. We analyze the component, meaning and function of empirical prescription called"Shengqing Yunpi decoction", then give clinical cases to verify. [Results]In his view, the etiology and pathogenesis of the syndrome of Relian Shangyin is basically caused by the pathogenic factors of heat -dampness and body weakness, causing damp -heat retention, disease deferment and yin deficiency. According to its etiology and pathogenesis, Professor DONG adopts the method of Yang-Yin-Yun-Pi and Sheng-Qing-Jiang-Zhuo and the experienced prescription of Shengqing Yunpi decoction to treat the disease.This method is consistent with the pathology of the disease and is also helpful for the overall recovery of children's spleen and stomach function. The basic pathogenesis of hypersalivation syndrome is the deficiency of spleen and kidney, which results in the imbalance of water metabolism and intake disorder. There are two different characters included in polysialia and profuse spittle. Therefore, dialectics should start from the spleen and kidney, and warming yang and resolving dampness, strengthening spleen and reinforcing kidney should be the treatment. Two medical cases for the treatment of hypersalivation syndrome were illustrated in this article. ABSTRACT
[Objective]To conclude and inherit Professor HE Yingchun's clincal academic experience and academic ideas. [Methods]By learing from professor HE Yingchun,recording the relevant cases and and analyzing cases,from the etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principle and therapy to generalize the treament of tinnitus. [Results]Professor HE Yingchun believes that the pathogenesis of tinnitus is " Turbid obstructs Qingqi"," Qingqi obstruction" and "Inner depression of Yangqi " ,she grabs the "Resolve cloudy, lift Qingyang and scattered fire evil" theory to treat tinnitus,regulating qi activity,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen,replenishing qi, scattering fire evil,clearing biood stasis is the clinical common therapy, and she always obtains good effects in the treatment by using San Ren Decoction,Yi Qi Cong Ming Decoction and Sheng Yang San Huo Decoction.
